Hi Cathal,

I have tried using UMIP code with sixxs tunnel but without success. Although your query is about default route, it is safe to say that the several layers of tunnelling especially for MN on foreign network - IPv6 in IPv6 in IPv4 - make it difficult for the packets to be delivered by the network. Try using a native IPv6 network if one is available to you. Alternatively, set up a standalone test bed (without Internet) and see if the default route problem persists.
